HR Operations Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong ability to communicate with employees
• Manage and maintain employee data using Excel & HR Data management portals.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Ability to analyse HR metrics and data.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good at time management
• Plan, organize, and execute internal employee engagement events
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for logistics, catering, tech setup, and event materials.
• Develop event calendars and communication plans to ensure strong participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
