Human Resources Operations Specialist

As a HR Operations Specialist at Palo Alto Networks, you will be a key member of the HR Centralized Shared Services Team based in Bangalore, KA for a 12-month contract assignment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional employee experience and supporting various HR operations and projects in a dynamic and collaborative setting. - Provide exceptional service to employees by addressing Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR inquiries promptly and taking ownership of issue resolution - Establish and nurture strong relationships with other HR teams to streamline workflow, enhance processes, and foster effective communication with key stakeholders - Assist in handling multiple ad hoc requests and regional projects to prepare the HR Operations team for future challenges - Take charge of issue intervention and resolution, implementing sustainable solutions for long-term impact - Maintain accurate and compliant employee data in the HR system to support decision-making and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree or equivalent coupled with a minimum of 3 years" progressive HR Operations experience in a technology-driven organization, preferably with a multinational corporation - Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency - Skilled in analyzing organizational needs, prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and cultivating strong relationships across all organizational levels - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders - Ability to balance immediate employee needs with long-term strategic goals and a continuous improvement mindset - Strong commitment to upholding integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and influencing others positively without formal authority - Eagerness to learn continuously, work autonomously, and thrive in ambiguous situations while contributing to the team's success Palo Alto Networks, a cybersecurity company, is dedicated to being the preferred cybersecurity partner, safeguarding our digital way of life.
