As a Recruitment and Hiring specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining the requirements for specific roles, creating compelling job postings, and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels. You will play a key role in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates" suitability for the position. Additionally, you will be involved in negotiating salary and benefits packages and extending job offers to selected candidates. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork. In the capacity of Employee Relations and Support, you will be expected to address employee concerns and conflicts, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment. You will play a significant role in providing feedback to employees, conducting performance evaluations, and developing improvement plans to enhance overall performance and employee satisfaction.,
