Human Resources Manager

The HR Cum Operations Executive will be responsible for handling *HR operations, statutory compliance, labour law requirements, facility management, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities*, ensuring smooth and compliant organizational operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end *HR operations*, including attendance, leave management, onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation

* Ensure *statutory compliance and labour law adherence*, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment / Factory Act

* Coordinate with consultants and authorities for *statutory filings, audits, and inspections*

* Oversee *facility management*, including office administration, vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance

* Handle *employee travel arrangements*, logistics, and coordination with travel vendors

* Support *day-to-day operational activities*, internal coordination, and MIS reporting

*Key Skills Required*

* Strong knowledge of *Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance*

* Hands-on experience in *HR Operations & Administration*

* Facility and Vendor Management skills

* Travel & Logistics Coordination

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Proficiency in *MS Excel, MS Word, and HR systems*

* Ability to multitask and work independently
