Human Resources Manager

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager at Tectronics Engineers located in Rajkot. Your primary responsibilities will include managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and addressing HR-related inquiries.
