Role Summary: This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates. Responsibilities include maintaining a talent pool, scheduling interviews, facilitating onboarding, supporting employee engagement, and preparing reports as required Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Understand hiring requirements from internal teams/managers. Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, etc. Screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates. Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Follow up on feedback and closures, background checks Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities. HR Operations: Compile attendance regularly Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities. Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes. Qualifications: Qualification – MBA HR or MSW - from an institute of repute Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, in reputed organisations Must have knowledge of HR compliance Stable career history; candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Should be able to converse in English flawlessly. Preference will be given to the immediate joiner Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Important Compensation – 8-10 LPA 5 days working – Monday to Friday Role type – Full time/regular/Permanent Individual contributor role Job Type – Work from office – regular office hours.
