Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong Sales background - someone with experience in B2B / corporate sales (with concept selling experience). This profile will be responsible for sales of exhibition space / booth space (i.e., space selling ) by targeting various companies, organizations, and relevant associations. We are currently hiring for the following roles: Executive/Senior Executive: 1 spot available (Experience: 1-5 years) Assistant Manager/Manager: 1 spot available (Experience: 5-11 years) Senior Manager: Candidates with 11+ years of experience Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, • Take the lead for revenue generation through sales activities. Sell exhibition space to achieve strategic and financial targets. • Identify opportunities and generate new business from a variety of large multi-nationals, MSMEs and startups to ensure a segment rich mix of exhibitors at the expo. • Forge relationships across the industry. • Proactively call potential customers and conduct regular, structured follow-ups. • Follow up on any leads and general enquiries, dealing with them in a timely and efficient manner. • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry in order to drive the direction of the exhibition and ensure that no opportunity goes untapped or proactively pursued. • Develop a sales strategy, factoring in the market trends and the business environment and review this regularly. • Research and guide the organization on client relationships and changing trends in the industry. • Attend exhibitions / expos, nationally and internationally, as required. Technical Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in Exhibition Space/Sponsorship Selling • Strong Business Development & Networking skills • Lead Generation & Strong follow up • Experience in the infrastructure & smart cities sectors will be preferred. • Market Research • Basic Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends • Graduate from an institute of repute Soft Skills: • Strong written and verbal skills • Strong interpersonal, communication skills • Agile & Adaptable individual -must be presentable • Good time-management skills • Team player • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise, exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure • Ability to self-motivate Important • 5 days working – Monday to Friday • Compensation – Per the industry standards • Role type – Full time/regular/Permanent/ on the rolls. • Job Type – Work from office – regular office hours. • Individual Contributor role • Location – Okhla phase III (nearest Metro stations → Okhla NSIC @ Purple line & Kalkaji/Govindpuri @ Violet Line) 10 mins distance from there. • Selection process – Selection process requires the candidate/s to come to the HO in Delhi for the interview. • Association with a brand with nearly 4 decades of roots. • Preference will be given to the immediate joiner Freshers with strong communication skills and an MBA/PG degree are welcome to apply.
