Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Other daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Knowledge of labor laws and compliance Ability to develop and implement HR policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus Previous experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage Show more Show less
