Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all showroom staff including sales executives, cashiers, and support personnel. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement. Ensure proper product display, lighting, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to brand standards. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt handling of complaints.
