Showroom Manager

The Jewellery Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales performance, and maintaining high standards of display and store management. The manager will lead the sales team, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold the brands image of trust, luxury, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all showroom staff including sales executives, cashiers, and support personnel.
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
  
• Ensure proper product display, lighting, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to brand standards.
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt handling of complaints.
  
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams for replenishment.
  
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to improve performance and professionalism.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present them to management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and loss prevention standards.
  
• Organize promotional activities, in-store events, and festive campaigns to boost sales.
  
• Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  
• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in jewellery or luxury retail management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  
• Good understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery trends (an added advantage).
  
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
  
• Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
