Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and staff-level positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.

HR Operations & Administration:

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll team.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, factory compliance, etc.).
• Handle inspections and coordinate with labor authorities when required.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management & Training:

• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling shop-floor manpower.
• Knowledge of HRMS software.
• Local language proficiency is an advantage.
