The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The HR Manager will implement HR strategies, manage employee benefits programs, handle employee grievances, and ensure company policies comply with regulations. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, talent attraction, and onboarding Skills in HR transformation and workforce transformation Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and training Understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in HR consulting or HR outsourcing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
