Human Resources Manager

As a skilled Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing various HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training, and compensation processes. Your role will involve monitoring these processes and implementing improvements when required. Additionally, you will design and implement programs aimed at enhancing morale and relationships within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include preparing periodic reports for management, complete with recommendations based on your expertise.
