Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Additional tasks involve developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in an HR managerial role is preferred
• Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
