Performance Management:

Oversee performance reviews, employee goal setting, and development plans.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and implement programs for employee growth.

HR Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure policies align with legal standards and provide HR metrics using tools like Google Drive and ClickUp for tracking.

Compensation & Benefits:

Manage compensation packages and ensure they are competitive.

Any other HR-related responsibility and any task related to Klarecon that stems from holding a senior position
