Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jammu. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing human resource policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Other tasks include employee relations management, performance management, and employee development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and regulatory compliance
• Skills in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
