Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities, induction, and documentation.
• Employee Engagement & Relations:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support payroll processing and compliance requirements.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in appraisal processes and goal-setting activities.
• Coordinate feedback sessions with managers and employees.
• Policy & Compliance:
• Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as per labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations/recruitment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle responsibilities independently.
