As the HR Manager at Marketing Space, a leading real estate advisory firm with numerous clients across different locations in the real estate sector, your role involves overseeing all human resource activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 3+ years in HR roles. Skills Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS). - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. - In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
