Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Morbi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee relations, develop HR policies. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing payroll and benefits, overseeing performance management, and implementing training and development programs to enhance organizational efficiency and employee growth. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and implementation of HR policies
• Experience in performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior work experience in manufacturing or ceramic industry HR functions of more than 4 years.
