Job Title: HR Manager Location: Hyderabad Department: HR Reports To: Director – HR (We are looking for Immediate joiners only who can join within 2 weeks) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies. Liaise with line managers to understand workforce needs. Manage onboarding and induction programs. Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary procedures. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Handle audits and inspections related to labor laws and factory compliance. Identify training needs and develop internal/external training programs. Facilitate skill development, especially for shop floor employees. Implement and manage the performance appraisal system. Guide managers on performance improvement plans and career development. Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team. Design and manage employee welfare and incentive programs. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management. Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
