Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development. The role also includes managing HR initiatives, employee engagement, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and policy development
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
