Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development. The role also includes managing HR initiatives, employee engagement, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's objectives.
