Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Paddhari. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Performance Management, and Training skills
• Employee Relations, Labor Management and HR Compliance knowledge
• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification and knowledge to Matrix System is a plus.
