Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ratlam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsExperience in performance management and developing HR policiesKnowledge of labor laws and complianceAbility to manage employee benefits and foster a positive work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
