Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, located in Ratlam. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with financial and legal requirements, maintaining statutory books, and advising the board on governance matters. Daily tasks include preparing agendas for board meetings, minutes of meetings, liaising with external regulators, and ensuring timely filing of statutory returns and documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in ensuring company compliance with financial and legal requirements
• Ability to maintain statutory books and records meticulously
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in liaising with external regulators and advisors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; Company Secretary certification preferred
