Job Description

Urgently Looking for an HR Manager in a jewellery manufacturing company oversees strategic human resources functions, including talent acquisition of skilled artisans and staff, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labour laws and factory regulations, and developing competitive compensation and benefits plans

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, Employee Relations & Engagement ,Performance Management ,Compensation & Benefits, Compliance & Statutory Matters, HR Operations, Strategic Planning

Key Requirements

Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in HR management, with prior experience in manufacturing or the jewelry industry a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge: Proficiency in HR systems, payroll processing, compliance, and labour laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
