Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle employee benefits, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Skills in Training and Development, including creating and implementing training programs
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Compensation Management, and Labor Law Compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the events and advertising industry is a plus
