Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rajasthan, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves designing training and development programs, overseeing performance management, and contributing to the overall strategic planning of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Knowledge and implementation of HR policies and labor regulations
• Skills in designing training and development programs and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
