Company Description GVMC Global partner of WFDM Group is seeking for guns blazing HR person to join its growing team in HYD office. Jobs is onsite ideally however remote is also considered! Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at GVMC Global. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives. Qualifications Recruiting, Training, and Employee Relations skills Performance Management and Compliance knowledge Experience in developing HR policies and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred Show more Show less
