Role Description

As a full-time Human Resources Manager, you will oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent to meet its business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing HR policies and procedures, overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will drive employee engagement initiatives and lead performance management processes to promote a culture of growth and collaboration. This is an on-site role, based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and strategic workforce planning
  • Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace environment
  • Strong skills in performance management, training, and development processes
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and labor laws
  • Ability to create and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
