Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kochi. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining employee records and HR systems.

• Policy Development and Training programs management skills
• Record Keeping and HR Systems management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
