Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Kochi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling travel management tasks, including travel consulting, making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves planning and booking both domestic and international travel itineraries, assisting with travel issues, and ensuring clients have a seamless travel experience. Daily tasks also include coordinating with service providers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Expertise in managing Reservations and Customer Service interactions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software
• Previous experience in a travel agency or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
