As a Ticketing Agent , you’ll be responsible for booking and managing flights for FITs and groups, issuing and reissuing tickets, and ensuring accurate documentation using GDS systems. Key Responsibilities Book international and domestic flight tickets using Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and fare calculations Share multiple flight options and suggestions based on trip priorities Manage PNRs, SSR requests, and visa/immigration advisories Coordinate with clients for approvals and final confirmations Keep updated with airline offers, group booking policies, and waivers Support visa & insurance document requirements if needed Requirements Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre (minimum 1 mandatory) Prior experience in a travel agency or OTA ticketing role Ability to multitask, especially under time-sensitive requests Strong communication and client handling skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
