Job Description As the Human Resources Manager at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur, your role will involve managing HR operations on a daily basis. This includes tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur.
