Human Resources Manager Female

Muktaa Wellness is a fast-growing luxury Ayurvedic & Naturopathy-based wellness brand with multiple centers across Mumbai & Thane. With a strong team of 90+ members, we are committed to providing world-class guest experience through holistic healing and hospitality since 12 years.

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to lead our Human Resources & People Operations across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• End-to-end recruitment for aestheticians, doctors, managers and operations staff
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Conducting structured onboarding and training programs

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, attendance and HRMS updates
• Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and employment agreements
• Maintain day to day records
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Implement reward and recognition programs
• Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
• Plan monthly engagement activities, birthday and festival celebrations

Performance Management

• Conduct appraisals, probation reviews and KPI tracking
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
• Support management with performance improvement plans when required

Payroll & Leave Management

• Monthly payroll inputs and incentive calculations
• Track leave, weekly offs, overtime and discipline

Branch Coordination

• Regular HR audits at all branches
• Monitor grooming, behavior and guest handling professionalism
• Conduct HR meetings and daily follow-up with branch managers

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR (preferred)
• 3–7 years of HR experience (hospitality/wellness/retail preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment of frontline teams
• Pro-active, disciplined and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a multi-branch setup under timelines and targets
