Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining employee records. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, support organizational development, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in performance management and organizational development
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the branding or marketing industry is a plus
