Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai ( Factory : NallaSopara ) , HO at Goregaon (E) for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR policy & operations, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Tasks will also include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, and ensuring a positive working environment. He has to ensure that open positions get filled within targeted date.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruiting and employee relations
• Experience with performance management and HR strategy development
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or relevant HR role is preferred
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Knowledge of Recruitment sites such as Naukri , Work India , Linked In etc and having existing relationships with manpower contractors / firms.
