Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and its activities, which include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee benefits and compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Acquisition 1- 2 years
• Skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Training and Development methodologies
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
