Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our office located in Bidhannagar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, performance management, and compliance. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to align with the company’s goals and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
