Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Kolkata. The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Mervice's services. They will also gather market intelligence, collaborate with the sales team, and provide feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in sales or field marketing
Basic knowledge of market research and data analysis
Organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
