Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible field assistant to support microfinance operations at the field level. The role involves customer interaction, loan processing support, collection and promoting financial inclusion among rural and semi-urban communities. Key Responsibilities. Identify and mobilize potential customers for microfinance product Assist in group formation and conduct center meetings. Support loan application processing and documentation Collect repayment and maintain accurate daily record Eligibilty Criteria: Minimum qualification 10th/12th/Graduation Basic knowledge of local language (Kannada) Willingness to travel extensively in the field Salary & Benefits: *Fixed Salary+ Incentives *Travel allowance ESI and PF Medical Insurance
