Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to handle customer interactions effectively. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls for EMI reminders, collections, handling customer queries, and supporting sales efforts. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls for EMI reminders, loan repayment follow-ups, and collections. Attend inbound calls to address customer queries and provide required information. Make sales calls for promoting relevant loan or insurance products. Maintain daily call logs and update customer interaction records accurately. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Credit, Sales) to resolve customer queries. Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up until issue resolution. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary. Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting requirements. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in tele calling, customer service, or collections (NBFC/BFSI sector preferred). Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream. Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English. Any other language proficiency is a plu Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Data Entry, CRM tools, etc.). Customer-first attitude with patience and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage call pressure and multitask efficiently

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and accounting functions of our organization. You will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, producing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health and success of the company. You will play a pivotal role in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.  Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.  Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.  Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.  Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.  Prepare and submit financial statements, tax returns, and other required financial reports to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.  Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.  Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and maintaining appropriate liquidity levels.  Forecast cash flow requirements and develop strategies to manage working capital.  Monitor and control costs, identify saving opportunities, and cost reduction strategies.  Implement accounting software and tools to streamline financial operations and reporting.  Review and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.  Conduct financial analysis, identify key financial metrics, and provide insights to senior management for performance improvement.  Liaise with banks and financial institutions, managing relationships and coordinating banking activities. LTD  Facilitate fund management, credit facilities, and other banking transactions to optimize financial resources.  Provide support in investment banking activities, including financial modelling, projections, valuation, and due diligence.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines and NBFC filings.  Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization's operations and financial reporting.  Manage multiple projects concurrently, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.  Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
