Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating training and development programs. Additional tasks include performance management, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Skills in coordinating training and development programs
• Proficiency in payroll processing and maintaining employee records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the kitchenware or retail industry is a plus
