About the Role:

Wyreflow Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Management Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in strategic HR practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, team coordination, and culture-building initiatives — all from the comfort of your home.

You will play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy while working closely with the HR leadership and core team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Contribute to employee engagement activities and performance tracking.

Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR processes.

Collaborate on initiatives related to workplace culture, talent retention, and employee experience.

Maintain documentation and HR records in an organized manner.

Participate in virtual team meetings, brainstorms, and reviews.
