Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Indore. The Human Resources Intern will assist in everyday HR activities, including recruitment, HR management, implementing HR policies, and managing employee benefits and personnel records. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR projects and initiatives, maintaining HR databases, and participating in new hire onboarding processes.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is a plus
