Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR initiatives including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks will include administrative support, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating employee events and activities. Qualifications Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Show more Show less
