Role Overview:


HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates
  • Help manage attendance, leave, and exit processes
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and surveys
  • Maintain reports, trackers, and MIS data
  • Assist HRBPs in grievance support and employee feedback


Who Can Apply:

  • MBA recent graduates or Pursuing MBA students
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel & basic HR tools
  • Eagerness to learn and handle multiple HR functions
