Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain HR records and employee database.
Support in onboarding and induction activities.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Handle employee engagement activities.
Support in payroll and attendance management.

Requirements:

MBA in HR (pursuing or completed).
