You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR systems in a dynamic, collaborative virtual environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.Manage online sourcing platforms to attract candidates.Review applications and coordinate the interview process.Communicate proactively with candidates throughout recruitment.Develop recruitment-related documents.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and manage the overall hiring process.Create and implement effective onboarding plans.Assist in developing training and development programs.Support performance management processes.---Skills and Qualifications RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication with strong editing skills.High commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and deliver results.Familiarity with MS Excel (including analyzing spreadsheets and charts).Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.Collaborative, self-motivated, and well-organized.Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in sales, marketing, or related areas is a plus.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Comfortable using computers for various tasks.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, be proactive, and adapt to uncertainty.---Eligibility CriteriaAvailable for a 3-month unpaid internship (90 days).Able to start the internship immediately.Possess the required skills and genuine interest in HR and business education.---PerksExperience Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) upon successful completion.Star Performer Certificate for top-performing interns.Flexible work hours.Fully remote internship.---Duration: 90 days (Unpaid)Location: Remote
