Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR management, contributing to staff recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), and HR Management skills
• Experience with HR Policies and understanding Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
